Heather Meek

Heather is an Ottawa-based partner and Federal Government Leader with PwC Canada.  In this role, she leads the sale and delivery of all PwC services to the government across consulting, risk services, deals, audit and tax services and business lines.   
Heather’s career history includes over 25 years of experience working with senior executives and leaders on numerous large transformation programmes and projects focused on modernizing business operations and building leadership teams.  She helps governments in Canada to achieve desired policy outcomes, modernize the delivery of services and benefits to Canadians, implement digital transformation and AI, and develop effective operating and organizational models.  Her consulting background includes senior positions with PwC and IBM leading practices in business and digital transformation, operations strategy,  change management and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).  
Throughout her years in working with government, Heather has worked to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of programs and services that help the most vulnerable in our society—including the unemployed, those living in poverty, seniors, those with disabilities, youth at risk and Indigenous Peoples. She also has business management experience as a business founder and owner.
Heather has a B.Sc. in agriculture business and an M.Sc. in applied economics and has supported the competitiveness and trade objectives of Canadian industries, including agribusiness, in work as a policy analyst with the federal government.  
Heather enjoys spending time with her two daughters and playing the piano and drums.
